Key Updates for Indian Applicants
F4 Visa Category: India's Final Action cutoff date for the F4 visa has advanced by one week, moving to March 8, 2006. This category enables U.S. citizens to sponsor their siblings, including their spouses and minor children, for immigration to the U.S.Dates for Filing for F4: This date has also moved forward by 1.5 months, now set at August 1, 2006 for Indian applicants.
Family-Sponsored Visa Category Overview
