Privacy policy

Version 1 · in force from 14 Sept 2026

What we hold

Your name and email. Your phone number, if you give it. The profile details you fill in — nationality, qualifications, test scores, budget band and where you want to go — which exist so you do not have to type them again on every enquiry. Any documents you upload for a case. What you have paid for, and what happened to it.

How it is stored

Phone numbers and other contact details are encrypted at rest, not merely stored in a private table. Documents you upload go to private storage and are reachable only through an authenticated request — never from a public address, and never from a URL somebody could guess.

Who sees it

A consultant sees your enquiry, your profile details and any documents you upload to their case. They do not see your documents on anyone else's case, your other enquiries, or your payment details. Our staff can see what they need to answer a support request or decide a dispute, and every such action is logged with who did it.

Payments

Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. We hold the amount, the reference and the outcome.

Email

We send you email about things that happen to your money, your case and your account. Those cannot be switched off while the account is open, because a missed message about a payment or a visa decision costs you more than an unwanted email. Everything else is a preference you control.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold and we will give it to you. Ask us to correct something and we will. Ask us to close your account and we will scrub your personal details, keeping only what we are required to keep for financial records — the amounts, not the person.
