Facilitation counters will be available at the Consulate General of India in Dubai and the Awir Immigration Centre. The counter at the Consulate will operate from September 2, 2024, from 08:00 to 18:00 hours. ECs can be collected from the Consulate the day after application submission, between 14:00 and 16:00 hours
BLS Centers
Indian nationals can visit any BLS centre in Dubai and the Northern Emirates for short validity passports without a prior appointment. BLS Centers will be open on Sundays from 09:00 to 17:00 hours during the amnesty period. For details, visit BLS Centers.Contact Information
