Key Changes to Form I-131
New Name: The form will now be titled "Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records."
New Edition: The updated edition will bear the date 06/17/24, replacing the previous version dated 04/01/24.
No Grace Period: Effective October 11, 2024, the new edition must be used for all applications. USCIS will reject any submissions made with the outdated form after this date.
